Who Are These Events For?

These events are for everyone aged 16+ who feels called.

The tools and techniques can be particularly helpful if you are struggling with any of the following:

  • Mental health issues
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Overwhelm
  • Stress
  • Addiction
  • Lack of purpose

The majority of people do not know how to breathe functionally. 

By learning to breathe properly, you can change your life. 

Transition from a state of chronic stress (fight or flight response) to a state of peace and balance.

These sessions are not suitable for individuals that are pregnant

Jim McFadyen’s personal journey with mental health  uniquely qualifies him to help others. 

With decades of experience in personal/spiritual development and learning from some of the best teachers in the world Jim McFadyen brings a wealth of knowledge to his workshops.

Since 2016, he has safely guided over 10,000 people through his unique blend of practices with the intention of reconnecting people back to themselves.

No, the events are free to attend as part of our mission to help as many people as possible reconnect with themselves and start living a more intentional life.

We recommend bringing:

  • comfortable clothing
  • a yoga mat or something to lie on for breathwork
  • a water bottle
  • an open heart & mind

No prior experience is needed. The events are designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of experience level.

Attending the event can help improve mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Participants often report reduced stress, improved mental clarity, better sleep, enhanced mood, and a stronger connection to themselves and others.

This event is for everyone aged 16+ who feels called.

The breathwork sections are not suitable for pregant women.

If you suffer from panic attacks please make us aware and do not participate in the heavier breathing exercises.
